Dois jornalistas citados na investiga\u00e7\u00e3o sobre os cartazes ap\u00f3crifos contra a governadora e candidata \u00e0 reelei\u00e7\u00e3o Raquel Lyra (PSD) recorreram ao Tribunal Regional Eleitoral de Pernambuco (TRE-PE) para pedir prote\u00e7\u00e3o ao sigilo de fonte jornal\u00edstica.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fillipe Vilar Jardim e Rodrigo Santos Ambr\u00f3sio, do portal Bastidor.PE, apresentaram um habeas corpus preventivo contra parte da decis\u00e3o que determinou uma s\u00e9rie de dilig\u00eancias para esclarecer a origem de uma fotografia de um dos cartazes investigados.<\/span><\/p>\n

O pedido foi protocolado no s\u00e1bado (6) e busca suspender medidas que, segundo a defesa, possam levar direta ou indiretamente \u00e0 identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de fontes jornal\u00edsticas. O pedido de liminar ainda aguarda an\u00e1lise do TRE-PE.<\/span><\/p>\n

O habeas corpus n\u00e3o pede o encerramento da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a fotografia. A defesa questiona especificamente o alcance de determina\u00e7\u00f5es que possam obrigar os jornalistas a revelar quem forneceu informa\u00e7\u00f5es ou materiais ao portal.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cA consequ\u00eancia constitucional \u00e9 clara: se o jornalista n\u00e3o pode ser compelido a revelar sua fonte, tampouco pode o Estado utilizar mecanismos indiretos de coer\u00e7\u00e3o para alcan\u00e7ar exatamente o mesmo resultado\u201d, sustenta a defesa.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
