Fl\u00e1vio Dino, Cristiano Zanin e C\u00e1rmen L\u00facia seguiram o ministro contra os recursos apresentados pela defesa do ex-presidente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">O placar tamb\u00e9m foi de 4 a 0 contra os recursos dos outros seis condenados do n\u00facleo 1. Dino, Zanin e C\u00e1rmen tamb\u00e9m seguiram os votos de Moraes nos casos de:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">General Walter Braga Netto, ex-ministro e candidato a vice na chapa de Bolsonaro nas elei\u00e7\u00f5es de 2022;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">General Augusto Heleno, ex-ministro do GSI (Gabinete de Seguran\u00e7a Institucional);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">General Paulo S\u00e9rgio Nogueira, ex-ministro da Defesa do governo Bolsonaro;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Deputado federal Alexandre Ramagem, ex-diretor da Abin (Ag\u00eancia Brasileira de Intelig\u00eancia).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Anderson Torres, ex-ministro da Justi\u00e7a;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Almirante Almir Garnier, ex-comandante da Marinha.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Luiz Fux n\u00e3o participou do julgamento.
