Os ministros Andr\u00e9 Mendon\u00e7a e Kassio Nunes Marques tiveram votos diferentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Esta \u00e9 a quarta leva das den\u00fancias anaisadas pelo STF.
