Trata-se de Recurso Ordin\u00e1rio interposto pelo ex-prefeito de Sert\u00e2nia, GUSTAVO MACIEL LINS DE ALBUQUERQUE, durante o exerc\u00edcio financeiro de 2016, julgado pela PRIMEIRA C\u00c2MARA nos autos digitalizados do Processo TCE-PE n\u00ba 1870015-9, cujo teor julgou IRREGULAR a Gest\u00e3o Fiscal da Prefeitura Municipal de Sert\u00e2nia, referente ao exerc\u00edcio de 2016, aplicando multa no valor de R$ 42.480,00.<\/span><\/p>\n
