Para ele, no entanto, o perd\u00e3o n\u00e3o afeta a suspens\u00e3o dos direitos pol\u00edticos do congressista.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Silveira foi condenado pelo Supremo em abril deste ano por agress\u00e3o verbal contra ministros da Corte e por tentar impedir o livre exerc\u00edcio dos Poderes. A pena foi de 8 anos e 9 meses de pris\u00e3o.
