O ativo foi arrematado pelas tr\u00eas na tarde de hoje, em leil\u00e3o organizado pelo TJ-RJ e sem concorr\u00eancia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Caber\u00e1 \u00e0 Tim o maior desembolso, de 44% dos valores de Pre\u00e7o Base e Servi\u00e7os de Transi\u00e7\u00e3o, perfazendo aproximadamente R$ 7,3 bilh\u00f5es. &#8220;Com rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao financiamento desta aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o, a TIM, considerando seu baixo endividamento e as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de mercado atuais, entende ser poss\u00edvel financi\u00e1-la atrav\u00e9s do mercado de d\u00edvida local e de sua gera\u00e7\u00e3o de caixa&#8221;, disse a empresa.
